Saturday, April 19th
Divine Liturgy for Lazarus Saturday at 10:30am (Baptisms and Chrismations of our Catechumens will precede the Divine Liturgy, and begin at 9:30am).
Choir Rehearsal and set-up for Palm Sunday afterwards.


Saturday, April 19th
Palm Sunday Great Vespers at 6pm.

Sunday, April 20th
Great Feast of Christ's Triumphant Entry into Jerusalem - Matins and the Blessing of Palms at 8:50am followed by the Divine Liturgy and Procession with Palms beginning at 10am.
Our Annual parish Fish Luncheon to benefit the Food For Hungry People Program will be immediately after Divine Liturgy. All are invited to attend!

Wednesday, April 23rd
Holy Unction Service at 7pm. Holy Unction is a sacrament of the Orthodox Church, and is administered only to Orthodox Christians, who should have recently (ie., during Great Lent) participated in the sacraments of Holy Communion and Confession.

Thursday, April 24th
(1) Vesperal Divine Liturgy of St. Basil the Great at 9:30am followed by Lenten Breakfast and egg dying. Commemoration of the Last Supper & Institution of Holy Communion. All children to attend.
(2) Matins of Great and Holy Friday with the Reading of the Twelve Passion Gospels at 7pm. Procession with the Cross and the Commemoration of the Crucifixion of Christ.


Friday, April 25th
(1) Decoration of the Bier/Sepulchre with flowers at 10am.
(2) Holy Friday Royal Hours and Typica at 12pm.
(3) Holy Friday Vespers at 3pm. Commemoration of the Taking Down from the Cross and the Entombment of Christ.
(4) Matins of Great and Holy Saturday, Lamentations at the Tomb of Christ and Procession at 7pm.
(5) Vigil at the Tomb of Christ from 9pm until 8am on Holy Saturday. Please sign up in the Narthex to participate.


Saturday, April 26th
Vesperal Divine Liturgy of Saint Basil the Great at 10am. Commemorating Christ's Descent into Hades and the Destruction of Death.

Saturday/Sunday, April 26th/27th
HOLY PASCHA Procession, Matins and Liturgy at 11pm. Celebrating the glorious Resurrection of Christ, followed by the blessing of Eggs & Artos (in church); the blessing of Baskets (in the hall) and our parish Resurrection Agapé Feast of celebration and joyous breaking of bread in the hall. (All offerings to benefit the AOCWNA Clergy Retirement Fund).

Sunday, April 27th
Agape Vespers with the Reading of the Holy Gospel in many languages at 12 noon, with procession.
